In my early days with The Tea Set (see below) I played live at some legendary venues, including The Hammersmith Odeon (now Hammersmith Apollo), The Rainbow in Finsbury Park, The Glasgow Apollo and The Lyceum in London supporting acts such as U2, The Clash, XTC and Iggy Pop.
Since restarting my music career in 2017 as a solo artist I have played at many venues including The Troubadour, The Lexington, Amp Studios, The Amersham Arms, The Gunners, The Copper Cats, The Four Thieves and Walthamstow Trades Hall. Normally I'm accompanied by one or more of the following: Marcus Holdaway (master multi-instrumentalist, formerly of The High Llamas, now recording with Yani Martinelli as Colourway); Pierre Lassègues (guitarist and singer, recording as Cross Channel Music) and William Hayter (percussionist, independent producer and co-ordinator of the Miniatures 2020 project). I also play guitar for super talented singer songwriter Mari Dangerfield at some of her live gigs
